San Diego and received a Law Degree (Juris Doctor) from U.C. Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall). Tom is a member of the California State Bar and an expert on Medicare Legislation. Tom’s experience as a civil litigator and trial attorney helps him explain Medicare in a straight-forward, easy to understand manner.
